3: Terrence Jones

Dwight Howard coming to Houston? The Houston Rockets are looking to make major roster additions in the off-season. Dwight Howard along with James Harden and his supporting cast can make loud noise in the NBA. A player like Terrence Jones can slide into the mix to be the next Cat to win a NBA Title. Terrence Jones has done outstanding in the D-League, and he continues to impress the Rockets. More experience and gameplay is what Terrence Jones needs in order to abide in the NBA. The Rockets lost to the Thunder early this year, but I see potential for this organization. Chandler Parsons certainly thinks that Dwight Howard will sign with Houston, and if he’s right then watch out for the Houston Rockets.

2: DeAndre Liggins/Daniel Orton

The Oklahoma City Thunder will continue being NBA Championship contenders as long as a man named Kevin Durant plays there. Russell Westbrook’s injury was the main reason why the Thunder didn’t make it to the NBA Championship this season, and they didn’t even make it to the Western Conference Finals. When the Thunder return to their full strength they are very explosive and can score many points in a hurry. They can live up to their expectations next season, and I think they will be back in the NBA Finals. DeAndre Liggins and Daniel Orton don’t get much playing time, but being on a contending team sure does help their chances. With the Thunder always in the mix, DeAndre Liggins and Daniel Orton are in a great position to win the next NBA Championship as former Kentucky Wildcats.

1: Marquis Teague/Nazr Mohammed

The Chicago Bulls will be a very dangerous team next year with the addition of their All-Star point guard Derrick Rose returning back from his torn ACL injury. All pieces of the puzzle are in place in Chicago to win the NBA Championship, especially if Rose dominates. All Marquis Teague and Nazr Mohammed need to do is play their role and help the team out anyway they can. The Bulls are the perfect team to take down the Miami Heat in the East because of their presence down low and the ability for them to force pressure with their defence to change the tempo. If things play out right for Derrick Rose and the Bulls, then Marquis Teague and Nazr Mohammed will be the next Cats to win an NBA Championship.

That’s my opinion.  What doe you think, BBN.  Let’s hear it!
