Grading each SEC teams transfer portal moves: What grade does Kentucky football get?

It is no secret Kentucky had to make a lot of moves in the off-season. When you lose the talent the Cats did, and the sheer number of players, a change over is needed. Mark Stoops did his best to bring in a team that will be a throw back to his best years. A stable of running backs, a big physical offensive line, and skill positions that prioritize blocking over catching. Will it work and what grade do they get?
