Kentucky Wildcats Basketball: Morning 5 for Links- Final Four Edition

Good Morning, Big Blue Nation! After nearly a week, we find ourselves at gameday yet again. This time, the Cats take on the Wisconsin Badgers with tip off at 8:49pm ET. Here are some links to get you ready for today’s action:

As mentioned by Cats Illustrated in this article, the theme of the Cats in this edition of the Final Four is that they are being labeled as “party crashers”. No one expected them to be there, now no one wants to play them. “I’m sure there’s people who would rather us not be here,” forward Julius Randle said.

After going under the radar most of the season, Derek Willis is prepared to go out on the court tonight and be a defensive force for the Cats. His size bodes well for a defensive stop on Wisconsin’s Frank Kaminsky.

In the local Dallas-Fort Worth paper, the Star-Telegram observes how the Texas players (Harrisons, Randle) have helped bring this team together on the court.

Sports Illustrated has their writers make their Final Four and Championship game predictions; at least Kentucky has been picked in a few predictions.

And last but not least, we get a first hand look at yesterday’s practice from Willie Cauley-Stein. Enjoy and Go Cats.
