Kentucky Wildcats Football Recruiting: Three More Offers for 2015


Three more prospects in the Class of 2015 received scholarship offers from Kentucky today.  Those recruits being linebacker Amonte Caban, defensive end/tight end Dre’Mont Jones, and wide receiver Alex Stump.

Caban is an Alabama native, stands at 6’2″, and weighs 210 pounds.  He is rated by 247Sports as a four-star recruit, while Scout.com has him as a three-star recruit.  He is also ranked by 247Sports as the No. 7 inside linebacker for the Class of 2015.  Kentucky is now the second Southeastern Conference team to give Caban an offer after Mississippi State did so a few weeks ago.  He also has offers from Cincinnati and Louisville.

Jones is from Cleveland, Ohio and is a whopping 6’5″, 250 pounds.  He is rated by both 247Sports and Scout.com as a four-star recruit.  247Sports ranks him as the No. 10 defensive end in the Class of 2015, while Scout.com ranks him at No. 24.  Jones also has offers from Cincinnati, Iowa, and Ohio State.

Stump, who is also a native of Ohio, is 6’3″, 190 pounds, and runs a 4.54 forty-yard dash according to 247Sports.  Scout.com rates him as a three-star recruit and as the No. 37 wide receiver in the Class of 2015.  Stump also has offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Kent State, and Western Michigan, to name a few.
