Former Kentucky Wildcats in the NBA: Wednesday Night Recap

Only a handful of former Wildcats were featured in the quiet NBA Wednesday night, only a mere 5 games were played. Here is a recap of the Cats in action.

-John Wall, Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards took on the Dallas Mavericks last night, in a low scoring game the Mavericks game out on top 87-78. John Wall played a team high 42 minutes while scoring a team high 22 points. Wall went 8-18 from the field and 5 for 5 from the free throw line. Wall grabbed 7 rebounds, 5 assists and a steal to round off his night.

-Patrick Patterson, Toronto Raptors

Patrick Patterson is still pretty new to the Toronto Raptors roster and hasn’t yet reached the amount of playing time he was seeing with the Sacramento Kings. In the 95-82 win against the Indiana Pacers, Patterson came off the bench to play for 16 minutes, going 1-4 from the field, that being a three pointer, grabbed 2 rebounds, 1 assist and a steal to cap off his night for the Raptors.

-Anthony Davis, New Orleans Hornets

Anthony Davis had a solid night when the Hornets took on the Minnesota Timberwolves. Although, the Hornets took the loss 112-124, Davis scored 12 points for the Hornets, played for 33 minutes, going 5-9 from the field and 3-6 from the free throw line. Davis picked up 6 rebounds, 1 steal and 4 blocks to end his night for the Hornets.

-Darius Miller, New Orleans Hornets

Darius Miller came off the bench for the Hornets and played for a mere 8 minutes. In those 8 minutes, Miller scored 3 points, two from the field and 1 from the free throw line, while also picking up an assist.
