It’s been a rough start to the season for the Kentucky Wildcats. The 40-0 talk was dashed early by Michigan State and then the Big Blue Nation was plunged into a full-out freak out mode with the loss to Baylor.

Perhaps it was the near 2:00AM ending time of Saturday mornings game, but this was one of the biggest BBN freakouts since a guy named Pete Thamel starts his “investigative reporting”. Social media for UK blew up with one model citizen of the BBN calling for the ouster of John Calipari. And several other blasting the posture and attitude of the Harrison twins.

The Harrisons were not the only players singled out. Julius Randle was blasted for his defense. There were calls for a senior backcourt of Jarrod Polson and Jon Hood. Never mind the fact that Hood did not even make the trip. And all across the internet the comparisons came to last years ill-fated NIT team.

Enough is enough. Kentucky basketball is in good shape. And to quote the Who … The Kids are All Right.
