The Kentucky Wildcats are back in the confines of Rupp Arena on this cold Tuesday night, as the red-hot UT Arlington Mavericks stroll into town hoping to pull-off a massive upset on the strength of their offense. UTA’s 111 points vs. Howard Payne last week were the most points scored by the program since they totaled 124 vs. Sam Houston State in December of 1998, and tied for 18th all-time in school history.

Needless to say, if the Cats fool around tonight, they’ll get burned by the Mavericks. This will be a good test for this young UK team, as they have to learn how not to allow smaller school like UTA to get their shooters going early and gain enough confidence that they are able to give the Cats a run for their money.

Thank you again for joining out live blog, and Go Cats!
