Going into an exhibition game like tonight’s game, it is easy to focus solely on the players and try to guess how this team will mold together throughout the season.  However, ESPN covered how and why Kentucky got back to the top spot in the nation and who helps put the pieces back together after a disappointing season like last season’s.

This clip is about assistant coach Orlando Antigua and how important he is to the Kentucky program.  Antigua doesn’t get as much spotlight for recruiting as coach Cal, but he is a major part to landing top recruits year after year.

Recently Kentucky received their third commitment of the 2014 recruiting class from five-star recruit and number three shooting guard, Devin Booker.  The 2014 recruiting class also includes Karl Towns Jr. and Tyler Ulis.  The class is currently ranked third by ESPN.
