As A Wildcat

247Sports ranks MacGinnis as the #3 kicker in the country for 2013. Kicking analyst/instructor Chris Sailer has MacGinnis as the #4 kicker in the class and projects MacGinnis to be “a phenomenal Division 1 player.”
