Happy Memorial Day to everyone in the Big Blue Nation, as we salute and honor those who have proudly served in our nation’s armed forces to ensure that we are able to live as free men and not under the oppression of the tyrants that we sadly watch control other countries each and every day. Our brave men and women sacrifice their lives everyday to give us freedom, safety and the ability to enjoy the lives we are so blessed with. Without them, these things would be nearly impossible to have. Thank you guys for having our backs.

Throughout the history of the University of Kentucky, many players have served in the military in some capacity, a number of which were during World War I and World War II.

Courtesy of Jon Scott of Big Blue History, here is a list of every former Wildcat to serve in the military. A list of those killed in action is on the second page.
