Well guys there are a few things that I look forward to throughout the year and tomorrow is one of the biggest. Yes, it’s time again to “pony up” and put down some money on your favorite horse. THE Kentucky Derby. Always proclaimed as the most exciting two minutes in sports and almost always living up to those standards. There’s nothing better than a fine spring day in Kentucky, sipping on a Mint Julep or some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon, putting down that precious, hard earned money and then praying to the horse gods as you watch these beautiful athletes run a mile and a quarter. And if your horse wins?! Well, daddy needs a new pair of shoes and mama needs new diamonds!

So, who is your favorite? Which horse is going to propel you to financial freedom (one can dream right?)?! Maybe you like the overall favorite, Orb? With Rick Pitino’s luck this year maybe you want to see just how far his luck will take him (and you) and bet on Goldencents. I myself, am leaning toward Revolutionary with Calvin Borel on board and I may take a long shot like Oxbow. Can’t go wrong with Gary Stevens who is back from retirement and wants to prove that the “old guy” still has it. You may also want to keep in mind as to which horse runs well in the mud considering we are likely to get rain tomorrow. Study up folks and lets do some betting!

Well, lets get down to it. Here is the post positions for the running of 139th Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs with post time set at 6:24 pm ET. Good Luck!

*Note: as of Friday morning, Black Onyx was scratched so Post 1 will be empty.
