Former Kentucky Wildcat: John Wall

John Wall has become a stud point guard in the NBA. He sometimes makes everything look flawless and effortless. The former Kentucky Wildcat is almost guaranteed to have at least one top ten highlight in every game. With all of the recent Wildcats in the NBA, Wall has proven to be one of the best, leading a Wizards team that still lacks key personnel to make a serious challenge at the title. That could change in the years to come as Washington continues to build a team around their prolific point guard. In the 2012-2013 season, the 6′ 4″ 195lb Wall has averaged 18.0 points, 7.6 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game. The 22 year old, Raleigh, N.C. native is in his third year with Washington and his 2012-2013 salary is, $5,915,880. Not bad, huh?! Washington is 28th overall in points per game at 93.1, 7th in rebounds per game at 43.4, 19th in assists per game with 21.8 and 7th overall in points allowed at 95.2. Rest assured, as Washington continues to build, they will be a contender led by one of the best guards in the NBA. Check out his video below of a game on April the 2nd, 2013.
