On Wednesday night we saw 6 of the 7 recruits for the 2013-14 season for the Kentucky Wildcats but could that #1 Class be getting even more of a boost? That question is still being asked by many as Huntington Prep. star Andrew Wiggins is still considering coming to Lexington. Wiggins is wanted by many schools and has family ties with Florida State as his mother and father both attended there and played sports but Kansas and North Carolina are also in the mix. This would be a huge get for the already stacked class that Calipari has coming in and with the addition of Wiggins would probably bolster this class to the best recruiting class in NCAA history. Wiggins had a great showing in the McDonalds All American game and really showed his athleticism and scoring ability. As long as Wiggins doesn’t end up as a Jayhawk or Tar Heel I will personally be happy. He would certainly add another scoring option for the already loaded Wildcats next season. Kentucky fans should keep an eye on him as he could very well choose the blue and white next season.
