Former Kentucky Wildcats in the NBA: 4/1 Edition

 

There were a total of six former Kentucky Wildcats playing in the NBA last night, as Anthony Davis, Darius Miller, John Wall, Brandon Knight, Nazr Mohammed and Marquis Teague all suited up for their respective teams.  Let’s take a look at how each player did individually in last night’s action.

New Orleans Hornets 112 – Cleveland Cavaliers 92

  • Darius Miller, Forward, New Orleans

Two former Cats took the court in the New Orleans Hornets vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game last night, both for the Hornets.  Anthony Davis had a big game, finishing with 17 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks and a steal.  Darius Miller chipped in 8 points. 2 rebounds and an assist off the bench.  The Hornets knocked off the Cavs by the score of 112 to 92.

Washington Wizards 109 – Toronto Raptors 92

  • John Wall, Guard, Washington

John Wall continued his stretch of great play with another solid performance last night for the Washington Wizards. Wall had 18 points, 10 assists and 6 rebounds.  The Wizards beat the Toronto Raptors by the score of 109 to 92.

Chicago Bulls 95 – Detroit Pistons 94

  • Nazr Mohammed, Center, Chicago
  • Marquis Teague, Guard, Chicago
  • Brandon Knight, Guard, Detroit

The three final former Cats in action last night took part in the Chicago Bulls vs. Detroit Pistons game.  For the Bulls, Nazr Mohammed started and tallied 4 rebounds and 2 assists.  Also for the Bulls, Marquis Teague checked in for less than a minute but did not accumulate any stats.  For the Pistons, Brandon Knight had an off night, finishing with 5 points, 4 assists and 2 steals.  The Bulls edged the Pistons, 95 to 94.
