Womens NCAA Tournament: Kentucky Wildcats-Delaware Fighting Blue Hens

After the #2 seeded Wildcats knocked off the Dayton Flyers 84-70 in the second round of the Womens NCAA Tournament they are set to play the #6 seeded Delaware Fighting Blue Hens in the Sweet 16. The game on Saturday March 30th in Bridgeport, Conn at Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard Bridgeport and tip is at noon on ESPN. The Cats will look for another great game from A’dia Mathies who had 34 points in 32 minutes against Dayton in Queens. Kentucky is the favorite in this one and should very well win this game but it’s the NCAA tournament so anything is possible. Someone who is going to have to step up this game is  Jennifer O’Neill, she had a rough game against Dayton and only shot 2-12 from the field and 2-8 from three which is not like her at all. The back court for the Cats should take over in this one and I expect the veteran leadership to keep showing throughout this game and the games to come.
