2013 NIT Tournament: Full Bracket Announced: Kentucky Wildcats a #1 Seed

 

Fret not Big Blue Nation: While the Cats came up just short of making the NCAA tournament, their season could be far from over, as they’ll now head to the National Invitational Tournament, where the Cats boast a 17-8 all-time record and have been crowned champions twice (1946, 1976). John Calipari is excited about this new challenge, and it’s up to the Big Blue Nation to stand behind this team.

This will be the 76th season of the NIT.

Kentucky will be a #1 seed will play at # seeded Robert Morris in the first round of the NIT Tuesday night at 7:30 PM EST.

The first three rounds will be played at college campuses.

The final rounds of the tournament are played at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
