Kentucky Wildcats Basketball Podcast: A New Hope

February 12, 2013; Gainesville, FL, USA; Kentucky Wildcats head coach John Calipari reacts against the Florida Gators during the first half at the Stephen C. O

Well hello there Alex Poythress.  Nice to meet you.  Welcome back, Ryan Harrow.  It’s clutch time, Mr. Mays.  And Willie, block you very much.  How about those Wildcats huh?

A week after the most depressing podcast ever, we are back to talk Kentucky basketball.  And the Wildcats are definitely playing with a new hope and purpose and of course we had to have a podcast.  I was joined by James Streble, Jason Marcum, and Wayne Hunter and we had a great time discussing Kentucky basketball.   Among the topics discussed:

  • quick thoughts on Vanderbilt win
  • quick thoughts on Missouri win
  • Is the UK to the NIT theory credible?
  • or what about UK to the “First Four”
  • a VERY brief look at Mississippi State
  • should we be concerned about Arkansas?
  • basketball recruiting notes
  • Rick Pitino still regrets leaving Kentucky
As always, you can go here to access the podcasts in iTunes and you can subscribe and even download them to your phone for easy on the go podcast.  Or you can listen below.  Either way, make sure you give us a good rating and tell your friends to check us out.
