ESPN’s Latest Bracketology Has Kentucky Wildcats Out Of The NCAA Tournament

In Joe Lunardi’s most recent edition of Bracketology that was released earlier this week, the Kentucky Wildcats are currently listed as not making the NCAA Tournament.  This was Joe Lunardi’s 13th edition of Bracketology for this season.  In the past, The Cats have had a wide span of seedings, including 1, 5, 7, 9 and 10 seeds.  This is the first time that Lunardi has not included Kentucky in the field of 68 this season.

In this edition, the SouthEastern Conference only has three teams making in the tournament, including Ole Miss, Florida and Missouri.  The SEC has less teams getting in the tournament than 7 other conferences, including Big East, Big Ten, Pac-12, Big-12, ACC, Mountain West and the A-10.  Hopefully, starting tonight against Vanderbilt, the Cats can get back to their winning ways and make a push to be on the right side of the bubble again.
