Even though there were only two games being played in the NBA last night, there were a total of four former Kentucky Wildcats playing in those games.  Eric Bledsoe, Jodie Meeks, DeAndre Liggins and Daniel Orton all suited up for their respective teams last night.  Let’s take a look at how each player did individually.

Los Angeles Clippers 125 – Los Angeles Lakers 101

  • Eric Bledsoe, Guard, Los Angeles Clippers
  • Jodie Meeks, Guard, Los Angeles Lakers

It was the battle of two former Wildcat shooting guards in last night’s Los Angeles Clippers vs. Los Angeles Lakers game.  For the Clippers, Eric Bledsoe finished with 6 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds and a steal.  For the Lakers, Jodie Meeks finished with 13 points, 6 rebounds, an assist and a steal.  The clippers beat the Lakers in this one, 125 to 101.

Miami Heat 110 – Oklahoma City 100

  • DeAndre Liggins, Guard, Oklahoma City
  • Daniel Orton, Center, Oklahoma City

The final two former Cats took part in the Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder game last night, both suiting up for the Thunder.  DeAndre Liggins played only one minute and did not accumulate any stats.  Daniel Orton played less than a minute, pulling down one rebound and missing the only shot he took.  The Heat took down the Thunder last night, by the score of 110 to 100.
