**SEC Tournament Game

The last time the Cats and the Gators squared off was in the semifinals of last year’s SEC Tournament, and Florida gave the eventual National Champions all they could handle. Forward Erik Murphy had a career-high 24 points on 9/12 shooting, and nearly lifted Florida to the upset with nine points in the final minutes, but eventual-Naismith winner Anthony Davis had 15 points and 12 rebounds and helped the Wildcats use a late  14-0 run to pull away from the upset-minded Gators. It was the fifth-straight win over UF, and they return all but one starter (Erving Walker) off last year’s squad which went 0-3 vs. UK, so revenge will be heavily on the Gators’ minds.
