Dwane was gracious enough to give us an interview and let us know how recruiting is going for him.

WBN: Has Kentucky been in contact with you? If Kentucky was to offer, how strongly would you consider them?

Robin: They haven’t really been in deep contact. But I talked to Coach Stoops today and he just told me to go ahead and email him my film and that he will keep in contact. But if Kentucky was to offer, based on the fans right now, I’d consider them highly.

WBN: What did Coach Neal Brown and Mark Stoops say about their plans for you if you come to UK? Are they recruiting you specifically as a QB?

Robin: They haven’t made any plans yet, as soon as the Class of 2013 is done then I’ll know more about that. And usually I’m recruited as an QB. So as of now, I’m pretty sure. Unless when I get there, they have new ideas for me.

WBN: How excited are you about potentially playing in UK’s new ‘Air Raid’ offense?

Robin: I love to sling the ball around. That’s a big thing for me. It’ll be great thing, if I did get a chance to play in that style.

WBN: What schools have extended scholarship offers? If not, what schools are recruiting you the hardest?

Robin: No offers yet. But I’m getting looks right now from Duke, Texas Tech,Wake Forest, FAU, FIU, Colorado State, Mississippi State, Georgia Southern,Tennessee St. And some more. Hopefully Kentucky as well.

WBN: How important is it for you to have playing time right away?

Robin: It’s not a REALLY big thing for me, but I would love to have an opportunity for the starting job at any school.

WBN: The SEC is widely viewed as the best conference. Is playing in the SEC high on your list of priorities?

Robin: The SEC is probably the most successful conference in college football. It’s not a must for me though. Wherever gives me the best chance to succeed is where I’ll go. If the SEC is my best chance then that’s where I will play.

WBN: When deciding what college you want to spend the next 4-5 years at, what do you look for in a university? Which factors do you place the most value on?

Robin: My factors that influence my choice in college, is the Academics, Athletics, and Campus Life. I want to be at a place where I am most at home.
