The University of Kentucky has seen some of it’s biggest football commitments in recent memory occur over the past few weeks, and with signing day coming up, it would be hard for Mark Stoops to top what he’s been able to accomplish so far. He may be on the verge of doing just that, as highly-touted 4-star receiver Ra’Shaad Samples is still in play for the Cats, and Stoops and Neal Brown visited with Samples just 9 days ago:
