Now that Kentucky has a new coach and staff in place, the focus turns to recruiting for the Wildcats and one of the new names to pop up is that of Anthony Siciliano, a 2014 QB from Winter Springs High School near Orlando.  A lot of the rankings for 2014 are incomplete at this point and none of the major services have done a ranking on him yet, but he is getting a good bit of major college buzz.  Also, you can expect to see his name pop up as the lists are compiled if you go by the camps he has been invited to.

He will be attending the 2013 Under Armour All American Combine for the second straight year and and this will consist of the top 150 players in the country. 2013 will be busy for Anthony as he will also participate in the 2013 U.S. Army All American Combine in San Antonio.  And just yesterday, Anthony was invited to the Manning Passing Academy and the chance to workout with Peyton and Eli and train with other top quarterbacks.

Based on this, Siciliano is a name to learn for Wildcat fans and I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with him yesterday.

Wildcat Blue Nation: Thanks for talking to me Anthony. Now you are a new name on the Kentucky football radar. What other schools besides Kentucky are showing you interest?

Anthony Siciliano: Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona, Cincy, FSU, Rutgers, Tennessee, Kansas, Illinois, Boise State, Purdue, Mississippi State and a few others. The most recent was Washington.

WBN:  Impressive list so far.  Which schools are showing the most interest at this point?

AS:  Oregon, Purdue, and Boise State

WBN:  Have you received any offers yet or do you think any offers are close?

AS:  I have none but I feel like in the next few months I can get a few.  A lot of schools are impressed with me.
