It is game seven of the Kentucky Wildcat Basketball season as this young group of Cats will leave the friendly confines of Rupp Arena to face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish of the Big East Conference. The Cats are coming off of a 104-75 win over LIU-Brooklyn, and for the first time since their opening game, UK will have the services of PG Ryan Harrow.
The game is the primetime basketball game tonight as it will be broadcast on ESPN 2 and is set to tipoff at 7:03 pm EST. We will be providing live score updates and keeping you up to date with all of tonight’s action.
The Irish are 6-1 on the year, and their lone defeat was an overtime loss to St. Joe’s during the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic. Since then, Notre Dame is allowing just 58.3 points during its four-game winning streak. Their most recent game was on Monday night and saw the Irish notch a 92-65 victory over Chicago State. The Irish is 45-0 at home in the month of November under head coach Mike Brey, and the Irish have won 11 straight in South Bend, and they are 40-1 in their last 41 home games overall.
