8. Vanderbilt Commodores (7-4, 5-3) Previous Rank 8- What a way to end the home season. The Commodores defeated their arch-nemisis Tennessee 41-18 and ended Derrick Dooley’s carreer as the Vols head coach as well. The ‘Dores have a great chance at winning eight games this season as their final game will be against Wake Forrest. What James Franklin has done in Nashville must be applauded. They are not at the top of the SEC, but they are no longer the bottom of the barrell. Next Game: Saturday November 24th at Wake Forrest

9. Ole Miss Rebels (5-6, 2-5) Previos Rank 10- This was the worst team in the SEC and one of the worst teams in the country this time last year. While they don’t have a chance for a winning record, they can still get to a bowl as long as they win the Egg Bowl against Mississippi State. That’s no easy task, but we saw a lot of fight out of this Rebel team on the road against a vastly superior LSU team. It’s amazing what a new coach can do for a team. Next Game: Saturday November 24th vs. Mississippi State

10. Missouri Tigers (5-6, 2-5) Prior Rank 9- Not much can be said about a team that loses to Syracuse at home. Well, the Orange beat the Cardinals, so I guess that means they are decent, right? Mizzou did not find the transition easy in their new conference and have only two wins to show for it. Their last hoorah could earn them a bowl bid, but that will be tough to come by as Johnny Football is very hard to beat on his own field. Next Game: Saturday November 24th, at Texas A&M

11. Auburn Tigers (3-8, 0-7) Prior Rank 13- Winner, winner, chicken dinner! That’s what Auburn fans were screaming after the 51-7 beat down over Alabama A&M. Do you know what they weren’t screaming? We want the Tide. I don’t care if they did put up 51 points against a cupcake, no way they beat Alabama. No. Way. Next Game: Saturday November 24th at Alabama

12. Arkansas Razorbacks (4-7, 2-5) Prior Rank 11- The nightmare is almost over in Fayetteville. Another week, another humiliating loss. No matter how much talent this team has, they cannot beat any team worth a damn. The smackdown put on them by Mississippi wasn’t even the worse loss of the season. Too bad there is one more game left to claim that title. Next Game: Friday November 23rd at LSU

13. Kentucky Wildcats (2-9, 0-7) Prior Rank 14- They finally won one. They destroyed the Samford Bulldogs in Joker’s last game at Commonwealth Stadium. Jalen Whitlow played quite well and the seniors on the team have one final good memory in their home stadium. Now, can they pull off beating Tennessee two years in a row? Next Game: Saturday November 24th at Tennessee

14. Tennessee Volunteers (4-7, 0-7) Prior Rank 12- They just flat out quit against Vandy. What the hell was Derrick Dooley thinking when he pulled Tyler Bray? Was the QB refusing to do as he said or something? All we know is that Dooley is out and he won’t even coa
