The Kentucky Wildcats Football Debates and Basketball Updates podcast are on the air

It’s mid November and both Kentucky Wildcat Football and Basketball are in full swing and we discussed both on last night’s podcast. We had a full house and after seeing the emotion and discussion that this football coach search brought, I don’t think you can not call Kentucky a football school anymore. Passions are high no matter what side of the football debate you are on and we had them all. I was joined by Ken Howlett from “A Sea of Blue, football editor Kyle, and WBN staffers Jason Marcum, James Streble, and Wayne Hunter. To be honest, I planned to spend more time on basketball, but the football debate took center stage and makes for hopefully some good listening. Among the topics discussed:

  • quick Karl Towns Jr news
  • Rich Rod for football coach?
  • The Bobby Petrino debate continues
  • Kyle has a new name: Al Golden?
  • looking back over Kentucky basket’s two games
  • Kentucky’s defensive woes
  • Ryan Harrow
  • more idiotic statements from Rick Pitino
  • Luke Hancock’s wonderful season thus far
  • and more

As always, you can go to I-tunes and subscribe to the podcast or you can listen below. Also, if you have an iPhone and have iO6 installed, there is a nifty podcast feature where you can subscribe and download the podcast to your phone. You actually get the podcast earlier than we actually put it on the site! And if you go to iTunes, give us a good rating.
