Coach Joker Phillips says we can look to see more of Morgan Newton playing alongside Jalen Whitlow tonight against Georgia.
The Cats have had played competitively against Georgia the past few years, having won in 2006 and 2009 with close losses in recent years. But Georgia is looking to win–and win big, after being embarrassed 35-7 by South Carolina in their last game.
In basketball, sources say that Julius Randle does indeed have Florida and Texas ahead of Kentucky, according to an article on Fansided’s Busting Brackets page.
A quite interesting thing to note: Dexter Strickland, after coming back from an ACL injury, says that had he been healthy, North Carolina would have won the championship. Kentucky beat every team they played, even the second time around (Indiana, Kansas). UNC didn’t.
