High school basketball is recruiting can be described every year as a simple game of dominoes. The top players in the nation wait to see who will make the first commitment ot a school they’re considering, and then before you know it, many of the class’ top players are pledging their collegiate commitments as well, or at the very least giving off signs of what school(s) they are heavily considering.

It was revealed today by the high school of Julius Randle that the top big-man of the 2013 recruiting class has cut Duke and UNC from his list of schools he’s considering, and narrowed his list to Kentucky, NC State, Florida, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma  It was believed Randle was favoring UK & Duke, and now with the Blue Devils out of the picture, UK’s chances of landing one of, if not the greatest recruiting class of all-time a much bigger possibility.

It was also announced that Andrew Wiggins, the #1 recruit in all of high school basketball, will attend Big Blue Madness on October 12th.

The Harrison Twins already announced yesterday that they will make public their college decision on Thursday at 5 pm EST on ESPNU. It’s been a wild week in the world of recruiting  and hopefully the Big Blue Nation will be the biggest benefactors in the end.
