The Kentucky Wildcats (1-2) kick off the SEC portion of their football season with a trip to the unfriendliest of places: the “swamp” in Gainesville. The Gators (3-0) are ranked 14th in the nation and have won 25 straight games against Kentucky. Kentucky’s last win in Gainesville was in 1979. The Gators are heavily favored in the game, which is a given since Kentucky is coming off an embarrassing loss to the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.
