John Calipari’s two biggest targets in the 2013 class, Aaron and Andrew Harrison will likely make their college decision known before their high school season starts. And this is potentially huge for a couple of reasons. Andrew Harrison Sr told Adam Zagoria that his kids have no desire to stretch their announcement into May and that they will probably announce by their birthday on October 28.

The Harrisons are planning to visit Baylor at the end of June and then Maryland and Villanova the first week of July. Harrison Sr was not sure if Kentucky would be another destination:

“As far as Kentucky goes, I don’t know about that. We’ve been there twice already and my wife’s been there. It’s something we’ve already done. My wife has talked to the coaches and given them the third degree. We may visit there again and we may not.”

I would not take it as a negative that the Harrisons may not visit Lexington. I still consider them a Kentucky lean and would be shocked if they went anywhere else. Harrison Sr also told Zagoria that the Kentucky/Baylor game at Cowboy Stadium will not affect his kids decisions, but you have to think that being from Texas, it is hard not to be impressed by that.
