The preseason top 25 football poll has been released and six of the top 25 are SEC schools, which is not a surprise. The SEC being the dominant football conference in the country has become old hat. With five BCS National Championships in a row, the SEC is the big dog on the porch and no other pup wants to take a sniff.

The Wildcats getting their brains beat in every year by the toughest teams in the country has also become old hat. Kentucky has to face Georgia (#5), South Carolina (#10), Arkansas (#13) and Florida (#20) this upcoming season.

That’s four preseason top 25 teams that Kentucky has to play. It’s the same thing year in and year out.
