Kentucky may be Pursuing Xavier Transfer Mark Lyons

Mark Lyons, who has been Xavier’s second leading scorer the past two years, intends to transfer and will become eligible immediately if he finishes his degree this spring. News broke today that Arizona, Kentucky, and Kansas are among the schools that called or texted Sunday to express interest. Lyons averaged 15.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game last season at Xavier, and would be a solid contributor at UK if John Calipari chooses to offer him a spot on the team.
