Former Kentucky Wildcats in the NBA: Kelanna Azubuike sees first action of season

DeMARCUS COUSINS, SACRAMENTO KINGS, 20-43
Boogie had another solid game with 18 points and 9 rebounds but the Kings lost again. For the season, Cousins is averaging a double double with 17.6 points and 10.9 rebounds.

NAZR MOHAMMED, OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER, 46-17
He does not rack up the minutes anymore, but Nazr is the Cat with the best chance at getting a ring this year. He had 4 points and 1 rebound in the Thunder win over the Kings.

JOSH HARRELLSON, NEW YORK KNICKS 33-30
Jorts had a “triple uno” last night with one point, one assist, and one rebound in just 5:43 of play. The Knicks lost to woeful Cleveland 98-90. For the season, Jorts is averaging 4.1 points and 3.8 rebounds on the year.

KELANNA AZUBUIKE, DALLAS MAVERICKS 36-28
It’s notable as Kelanna saw his first action in a NBA game since November 13, 2009 so it was great to see him back on the court. He played about 6:00 and missed both of his three point attempts. Nazr is averaging 2.8 points and 2.7 boards a game.
