Now that it is pretty much official that Anthony Davis is headed to the NBA, the mantle will be passed to Nerlens Noel as the next great leader of Kentucky basketball.  Nerlens seems to relish being part of the team that hopefully will deliver Championship #9, but the whole comparison game between Noel and Anthony Davis is kind of unfair to both players.  I’ve never been a huge fan of the “compare this team/player to that team/player” article, but when you run a website and have to come up with story ideas 365 days a year, they are inevitable.  I know that every year, we are going to see posts comparing the Calipari point guards and I’m sure that somewhere, articles are in the works comparing Ryan Harrow to Derrick Rose, John Wall, and Marquis Teague.  The Anthony Davis/Nerlens Noel debate seems to be out of control though.
