#3 Kentucky Baseball Defeats Cincinnati, 7-0

Freshman pitcher Sam Mahar worked a career-high six shutout, 2-hit innings in his first career start to help the #3Kentuckybaseball team defeatCincinnati, 7-0 tonight. The Cats got home-runs from Luke Maile, Austin Cousino, and J.T. Riddle to supply the offense. With their 33rd win, they’re now tied for the 7th-most wins in UK single-season history, and with 18 regular season games left to play, the record to break is 44.

They’ll welcome #4 LSU for 3-game set starting Friday night.
