In the second half, Cincinnati started out on a 21-6 run to take the lead, 46-43, at the 13:28 mark.  Cincinnati stayed in the lead and the game was still very much in question, until Ohio State went on a 23-7 run to put the Bearcats away.  Ohio State sealed the game with free throws down the stretch and finished off Cincinnati for good.  Ohio State got the win over Cincinnati, 81-66.

Ohio State was led by Deshaun Thomas with 26 points and 7 rebounds, as well as, Jared Sullinger, who finished with 23 points and 11 rebounds.  Cincinnati was led by 18 points from Cashmere Wright and 15 points from Sean Kilpatrick.

#2 seed Ohio State moves on to play #1 seed Syracuse on Saturday, 3/24.
