Travis High School
Class of 2013
Andrew Harrison is listed as a 6’5 point guard in the class of 2013 who has offers from some of the nation’s elite basketball programs. He is the twin brother of Aaron Harrison who is ranked as the 5th best player in the Class of 2013 according to ESPN; Andrew is ranked 4th. In case you missed my interview with Aaron, here is a link to it. His size makes him a tough matchup for opposing guards and his ability to push the ball in traffic and find the open man makes him very dangerous in transition. Harrison is also a consistent three point shooter and can move to the shooting guard position and spot up for open shots. He rebounds very well and has the potential to be one of basketball’s best defenders due to his length and quickness. His strong transition game and versatile defense would make him a perfect fit for John Calipari’s system at Kentucky.
