In the end, Shabazz Muhammad is still worth the risk for Kentucky Wildcats, other schools

Like much of the BBN, I think my initial reaction on the Shabazz Muhammad story was a bit kneejerk. My initial reaction was that this would probably cool Kentucky off the path of Muhammad and I think that was a wrong initial assumption. We have been here once before, with Enes Kanter, and I think John Calipari will do the same thing he did with Kanter. And that is to continue to recruit Muhammad. Face it, Muhammad is a game changing prospect and he can help deliver a national title to Kentucky … even if he is not eligible until January 2013.
