Kentucky is favored by 10 at Mississippi State tomorrow night. Bulldog big man Renardo Sidney sat out against Auburn with back spasms and he may be questionable for tomorrow night’s game. Word on the street is that Sidney made the call to sit out and that coach Rick Stansbury was non too pleased with the decision. If Kentucky is to lose a game before the SEC tournament, I believe it will be tomorrow night. But if Sidney doesn’t play or if there is friction between him and his coach (when isn’t there friction between those clowns?) then I like our chances of a blow out win.

Feb. 19, 2012; New York, NY, USA; New York Knicks small forward Steve Novak (16) and New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin (17) react during the second half against the Dallas Mavericks at Madison Square Garden. Knicks won 104-97. Mandatory Credit: Debby Wong-US PRESSWIRE
The ESPN employee that wrote the headline “Chink in the Armor” when talking about Jeremy Lin has been fired by the network. Clearly the individual that wrote the headline was trying to be funny, but in this day and age in ultra PC America, one cannot get away with a “joke” like that. I’m not sure if Lin would be offended by something as juvenile as that headline and nobody cared to ask him. Our own Monster Mash is in NYC tonight checking out Lin in all of his glory at Madison Square Gardens.
Please ask Lin to throw up three goggles and give the WBN a shout out.

John Calipari said that Mississippi State has five guys that could drop 30 on Kentucky. (rolls eyes) I think you are great coach, but that’s a bit much. Just tell us that UK is their Super Bowl and let’s move on.
