Kentucky Wildcats Basketball: All Eyes on Florida

UK hasn’t played a ranked team since December 31st, and essentially has only been tested twice since, on the road against UT and at home against Alabama.  Alabama was ranked earlier in the year but has hit a rough patch and is no where near the rankings now.  So it seems only appropriate on the nightcap to remind those worried about UK’s schedule in recent months of a few things.

First, UK has played four currently ranked teams already, two at home, one on the road and one on a neutral court at Madison Square Garden in New York.  In those games UK is 3-1, with its only loss coming to Indiana on the road when they were playing out of their minds, and that was on a last second three.  It seems as though it was a long time ago, and to fans’ of other teams and some media, they act like it never happened.  But those games did happen, and guess what, UK passed every test except one.
