1. (LW-1) #1 Kentucky 21-1 (7-0) (defeated Georgia 57-44, defeated LSU 74-50) It’s 13 wins in a row for the Wildcats and they show no signs of slowing down. This week showed the versatility of the Wildcats as four of five starters had off games versus Georgia and UK still won on the road by 13. Terrence Jones made a big comeback scoring 27 points in the LSU win. As the season rounds into March, Kentucky is looking more and more like the best team in the country. THIS WEEK: 1/31 vs Tennessee, 2/4 @ South Carolina

2. (LW-2) #13 Florida 17-4 (5-1) (defeated Mississippi 64-60, defeated #16 Mississippi State 69-57) Two good wins for the Gators this week as the Bulldogs found that Gainesville is going to be a very hard place to win this year. I think that if Florida can get Patric Young more involved in the offense and touching the ball on say 70% of thior possessions, Florida can be a legitimate Elite Eight team. But as long as they live and die by the try, I see Sweet 16 or worse. But that’s just my opinion. THIS WEEK: 2/2 vs South Carolina, 2/4 vs Vanderbilt
