Not going to lie, it’s been an extremely busy day for me, but as always the WBN Nightcap is now underway and I just thought I would hit on the big even looming at the end of the week in Lexington, Kentucky at Rupp Arena…Big Blue Madness.

Since Tubby’s last year I’ve been going to Big Blue Madness and I’ve always enjoyed it immensely, but this year more than ever I wanted to be there because I had to work during the camp out, something I always do and I can’t get off work for Big Blue Madness. So if you are venturing out to Lexington this weekend, enjoy it.

Enjoy it even if you are watching it on television, and remember those of us who can’t make our way to Lexington or watch it on television because of work, not that I have a hard job. I get paid to watch high school football for goodness sakes, but none the less…Enjoy it because you don’t know how many people wishes they could be there across the state, across the country and even across the world.

With football crumbling before our eyes, and being a UK football fan like I am with season tickets. I rarely use football to count down to basketball, but I’ll tell you now, I’m looking forward to basketball to bring pride back to those blue shirts I wear across campus every day.

I want to see the fear in the rival teams eyes when I walk across campus in my Refuse to Lose shirt, and my UK basketball shirts.

Get your three goggles ready…We are hanging number eight.
